How do I get rid of wasps?

Are you sick of having wasps around and in your house all the time? If you’re constantly afraid of getting stung by wasps, there are many things you can try to effectively get rid of them. Here’s a list of some of the most efficient actions you can take:

Remove anything that attracts them.

One of the most efficient ways to prevent wasps from setting up a nest in your yard is to simply remove any attractants that might lure them in.

This could also include things like open garbage cans, uncovered food, and even sweet-smelling plants and flowers. If you reduce the availability of food and other water sources, you could easily make your yard less appealing to wasps.

Set up wasp traps.

Another great way to get rid of wasps in your yard is to set up efficient traps. There are many types of traps available, such as bait traps that have a sugary liquid incorporated or even meat-based bait.

Wasps are also easily lured into traps that use UV light to attract them. Make sure you place the traps in certain areas where they are most active, but still far away from places where you or your guests would like to spend some time.

Wasp traps are extremely efficient, but they collect dead ones, which could make them a bit unattractive. Make sure you hang them very far from your outdoor living spaces and replace them as many times as you can.
