What are the hidden household lung hazards in your home?

What’s the first thing you do when you notice the beginning symptoms of an illness or disorder? You blame it on your lifestyle or the pollution, right?

Well, it’s the human tendency not to see the harmful things around us, which could be causing damage to our overall health. The human lungs are vital organs that filter out the carbon dioxide from the air we breathe before infiltrating our bloodstream.

If your lungs aren’t functioning properly or are damaged, the entire respiratory function is impacted, putting you at serious risk of disorders, some of which can be fatal.

We see a lot of advertisements and warnings everywhere that tell us how smoking or exposure to pollution can cause extreme damage to our lungs. But there could be a few things right in your home that could affect your lungs negatively.
