Are you a reader? If your parents bought you a first-editions book when you were a kid, there’s a good chance that they might actually be worth a fortune. Experts say that collectors are crazy about classics, such as “The Velveteen Rabbit” or “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”.

If you have any of these at home and you don’t exactly consider them close to your heart, you can easily sell them online or go to an antique shop to ask for an offer. They might be worth between $100 to $1,000 and even more, so it’s definitely worth a try!
