We already know that houseplants purify the indoor air and help you breathe better, but did you know that their air-purifying properties, along with some of their stress-reducing traits, actually help you sleep better?

Having a relaxing, restful snooze has many benefits. When you get a good night’s sleep, you have more energy, you’re more focused and alert during the day, and your overall mood improves. All these things start with a restful night in bed.
