#5 Toilet cleaner

If you’re dealing with a dirty toilet bowl and you do not want to use those blue, toxic cleaners that smell horrible, then you have come to the right place.

Not only will you be more eco-friendly if you stop using them, but this hack is good to know for when you don’t have any other sort of toilet cleaners on hand either. Sure, some people rave about using Coca-Cola for cleaning toilets, but instead of paying money for the sugary soda, you can use the more natural way of baking soda and vinegar.

To get your toilet sparkling clean and free of odors, you should sprinkle a cup of baking soda all around the inside of the toilet bowl, making sure you didn’t miss any spots.

Then simply follow it up with a cup of vinegar and watch the two substances react. Their chemical reaction is going to attack all the dirt inside the bowl. Leave the mixture for about 20 to 30 minutes to do its thing, and then wash and scrub the toilet as you normally would with the toilet brush. Flush and you’re done!

It’s easy to do and inexpensive!
