Styling And Color
You might be excited to get started on a particular trending print, pattern, or color to execute into your kitchen design’s style…But stop right there! What happens if that craze soon goes away? It’ll be a pretty costly task to remodel again.
How To Solve This: If you’re really stuck on redoing your kitchen, at least try to choose neutral shades when planning your dream space. Use movable pieces like artwork, pillows, and various decor if you like prints and colors.
If by some chance you decide to sell in a few years, neutrally colored kitchens allow for more profitable sales than the ones that look too trendy.

What about UNDER the sink for trash and recycling? I designed kitchens for years, and the space under the sink is not desirable for food or appliance storage, so use it for trash and garbage. As usual, my sink has two doors beneath it. I mounted a bin to the inside of one door to hold a trash bag, and a pull-out bin behind the other door for recycling.
