The Packaging On Your Latest Splurge

If you plan on ever reselling a lightly worn pair of designer heels or a pricey purse down the road, it’s definitely worth keeping the box it came in. That usually increases the resale value. And it makes the buyer feel like they’re getting a higher-quality object.

Professional organizers emphasize that you should only bother doing this with high-end items like tech, fashion, and fine china. Check everything else in the recycle bin since all that other packaging can quickly snowball into chaos.

Shoeboxes

Shoeboxes are something we all have lying around.

When Professional organizers take on new clients, they tell them not to buy any organizing products in advance because most of us already have enough containers in our homes that can be repurposed to carry other things.

Just remember to label the outside of the box so that you know what’s inside.
