6. Show off the floor
Another way to make the most of a small bathroom is to use more floor space. According to Lee Hardcastle of Enigma Interior, the more floor you can see, the larger the space will feel. This being said, aim to choose floating vanities and cabinetry and wall-mounted basins and accessories.
However, if you only have room for a shower, make sure it’s as spacious as possible by setting up a wet area with a frameless screen. But if you have room for a bathtub, freestanding styles with feet will give the impression of more space.
When it comes to toilets, in-wall cisterns are the best solution to make the most of a small bathroom, as they are the least bulky on a floor plan.
