All shades of white

There are many, many different shades of white paint available! Most interior designers classify them into one of three categories: pure whites, cold whites, or warm whites. Cool whites look fantastic in spaces with cold undertones and colors, like blue. Warm whites, which have a foundation color of yellow or red, are good for making a space feel cozy and welcoming. In spaces with modern, eclectic, or even rustic décor, pure whites work best.

White paint (like the picture above) gives off a clear, clean, and fresh feeling. Use white for the main walls and ceiling if you want something brighter and more uplifting, and add a sunny yellow or magenta accent wall for a splash of color.

What type of white would you choose for your bathroom? Tell us in the comments.
