Homemade Toothpaste
We’ve all heard about how many toothpaste brands cause more harm than good. So if you’ve made the decision to stop using store-bought fluoride toothpaste with a myriad of who-knows-what ingredients, we can promise that you’ll never look back.
And we’re sure that you can find all sorts of options online that will keep your mouth fresh and clean. This includes activated charcoal, clay, and zeolite. And baking soda with coconut oil and essential oils has also been all the rage in recent years.
But remember how we said that eggshells are similar to our own teeth? Well, grind up some very fine eggshell powder and use it as toothpaste to brush your pearly whites! This is a great way of keeping cavities at bay.
