1. Red-edged dracaena

If you want a stress relief plant that also looks aesthetic and elegant, you’ve found it! The red-edged dracaena has a striking look with its long, thin leaves and those crimson edges.

Even though this is a low-maintenance plant that does not require watering often, you should be aware that it can grow pretty tall; generally, in a few years, it will touch the ceiling! So, you’ll need to plan ahead in order to have enough space for it.

Another thing about the red-edged dracaena is that it prefers to be placed in a sunny location, for example, in a room with big, bright windows. But if that is not possible, this plant can tolerate low light conditions.

Now, if we look at its stress-relieving properties, it is important to mention its air-purifying qualities. By doing this, the red-edged dracaena eliminates the toxins from the air, which creates a relaxed ambience throughout your home.
