Buy a colorful small rug

I enjoy carpets of all sizes. They are one of those tiny things that our area really needs to seem more vibrant and energetic. For instance, a tiny room with furniture in light colors and overdyed carpeting will look fantastic.

For a splash of color in your bedroom, use orange, crimson, or even yellow! Throw some cushions here and there to finish the overall design in a color that will blend with the rug. Cool, huh?

Don’t be afraid to use darker tones if you like them

I am aware that we previously discussed how darker wall colors could give the impression that the room is even smaller. But guess what? You can occasionally go out of your comfort zone or stop adhering to tedious regulations without feeling bad about it.

In order to complete the style of the space, don’t be afraid to get additional décor pieces in your favorite color, such as dark brown. The room will have enough natural light if you have broad windows, so don’t be afraid to use even dark wallpaper on the walls.
