1. Lavender

The scent of lavender is known for being relaxing. Scientific research has shown that this low-maintenance plant lowers heart rate and blood pressure, which is beneficial for those struggling with anxiety before bedtime.

Many people use lavender sachets in their pajama drawers to scent their sleep clothes, while others use lavender spray on their pillows, but we think the best solution is to grow lavender in a pot next to your bed.

Lavender has a lovely color that you will appreciate every morning, while its smell calms your nights. Since lavender plants like sunlight and warmth, it’s best to keep yours on your windowsill.
