#6 Great on carpets

Sometimes carpets tend to end up picking up smells, and we don’t always want to pay to have them all professionally cleaned. Yet, if you have pets or something happened and things were spilled on your carpet, you know just how easily some of the fabrics pick up odors and how hard they are to clean. If that’s the case for you, don’t worry! You will not have to spend a fortune on professional cleaning.

All you have to do is sprinkle baking soda all over the carpet. The powder will neutralize the smell and deodorize the fabric. Leave the powder on the carpet for as long as you like (preferably overnight for best outcomes) and then vacuum up all of the baking soda! You’ll be left with clean-smelling carpets without having to lift a finger!

And if you are looking for other cleaning hacks you could do, here are some solutions involving vinegar that are bound to help you get everything you want clean and spotless!
