2. Ninebark

Ninebark is the name of a beautiful perennial shrub, which will impress everyone with its standout foliage. This plant’s textured leaves can be either dark red, green, or yellow, which will create a pop of color in every garden.

If burgundy and dark red tones are your cup of tea, then the Diablo variety should definitely be one of the main foliage plants in your garden. During spring days, this plant will impress you with its pinkish-white flowers that create an interesting contrast with the dark leafy background.

It doesn’t really matter what variety you choose to get, Ninebark will keep your garden eye-catching every single season of the year!

Which of these plants, if any, are deer resistent?

Thanks … however so many are candy for the deer herd that visits my garden! So far, they haven’t consumed the nine bark. The rest are down to nubbins. Any other suggestions???
