Back in the past, when covid didn’t exist, people didn’t pay too much attention to lung health. But now things have changed. We’re more concerned about caring for our lungs to keep them healthy, safe, and away from any infection. But what if I told you there are some indoor plants that can actually purify the air you breathe?

As a result of the recent outbreak, a lot of people spent most of their time indoors which made them exposed to air pollutants found in most homes. Indoor air pollution is associated with oxidative stress and a decrease in lung function. But here come the plants, the saviors of our lungs!
