1. Fine China 

If you have any old fine China at home and you don’t really plan on throwing a tea party every week, there’s a good chance that you don’t actually use those items anymore.

There’s no need to keep them in a place just so they can collect dust. You can easily get them cleaned up, put them in a box, and take everything to an antique expert. They might be worth a few thousand dollars, so you can purchase something new and stylish.
