Opt for simplicity and pale colors

Did someone say rental upgrades? Most famous interior designers have one of the best recommendations: keep it simple and always use light colors for both the walls and the furniture. Always use small or foldable chairs, clean lines, and glass partitions that will define and widen your space without taking too much of your natural light.

If you don’t have many windows and must rely solely on artificial light, make sure you use wall-mounted ones.

Floor-to-ceiling drapes
