Careful With the Roof

If there is one thing that is going to get you in trouble during a home inspection, it is going to be the roof! Not only do the inspectors pay close attention to this one, but they are also one of the most expensive things to repair when it comes to making changes and even replacing!

Most professionals will not only inspect the current state of the roof, but they will also look for it to have another 3 to 5 years left of being in good condition. In a way, the state of the roof can make or break your home inspection, and you should never gamble with it.

Inspect your roof before they come over and fix the most common issues that inspectors are going to have problems with, which include signs of leaks and excessive wear, unprofessional repairs, and any sort of damage!
