#8 Kale

You may know that kale is an annual plant and that it has a short time to harvest. However, the beauty of this vegetable is that you don’t have to harvest everything at once, but you can wait until the frost starts to hit. If you cover your plant with mulch over the winter months, it will start to regrow in spring, and you will be able to enjoy it again for another year!
