Mold

No one wants to buy a home that is infested with mold, so this is one of the things you have probably anticipated seeing on our list when it comes to problems inspectors keep an eye out for. And you cannot blame them when you are doing a home inspection; it is indeed something that will also raise questions about other problems with the home or the structure. In the end, mold generally appears when there is sustained water damage and it has a food source, with the addendum that once it appears, it is pretty hard to get rid of it.

For example, when you have a roof leak and you do not know about it, the drywall can end up being wet all the time, which can lead to mold appearing easily. To make sure that there is nothing wrong with your home, make sure you check regularly for issues such as water leaks and condensation to prevent mold from seeping into your walls.

If you happen to find mold in your home, make sure you deal with it as fast as possible! Here is our suggestion for one of the best solutions in the market!
