We all know that plants can play a significant role in our indoor spaces. They can reduce stress, help us feel more relaxed, and, most importantly, improve air quality. But they can also be the cause of many health problems if not cared for correctly.

Hyacinth is another example of the worst plants you could get if you’re dealing with respiratory issues. This plant thrives on producing pollen which causes allergic reactions in sensitive people. Hyacinth is a flowering plant that blooms from late winter to early spring.

The reason why it’s among the most popular is that it has lovely flowers, it’s easy to grow, and can survive in low light. Yet, this plant can cause significant allergies in some people. If you have asthma or are allergic to hyacinths, you should reconsider buying this plant.
