Things you don’t clean enough—the story continues!

Even if you’re always throwing out the trash, there’s a tiny possibility that your kitchen trash cans are part of the things you won’t clean enough. These items somehow get smelly and filthy, and that’s not good.

Bags might rip, sauces might spill over the sides (ick), and who hasn’t thrown something in the trash, only to sadly discover that there was no bag in it? Don’t worry, cleaning your trash cans every other week or at least once a month is going to do wonders for your kitchen.

Just make sure you scrub it both inside and out with dish soap and water, or you can also use vinegar or baking soda to kill any germs and bacteria that might be hiding in there. Rinse, let it dry, and you’re done.
