1. Geraniums

Geraniums are some of the prettiest low-maintenance plants you could possibly get and have, and they don’t disappoint, trust me! Even though they prefer full sun, they don’t have a problem with some afternoon shade in hot regions.

One of the things that I like the most about them is the fact that they’re deer- and drought-resistant, so you won’t see any cute but annoying animals destroying your marvelous shrubs.

The majority of Geranium varieties bloom from early spring until frost, so you’ll enjoy their beautiful colors and nice smell for a long time. Their fragrance is natural and very earthy, and their green foliage, which is the detail that makes them popular among many gardeners, is the one that will make you say “wow” each morning when you drink your coffee.

Which one of these low-maintenance plants would you like to have in your garden? And if you know any other beautiful flowers that can easily thrive with or without you, make sure you leave them in the comments down below, so everyone can know about them!
