9. Banana Plant

If you’re looking to boost the vibe of your boho-like room, a banana plant will look “delicious” in it. It’s a cute perennial houseplant, but be aware because it also requires a lot of attention. In order to create the perfect environment for it, you must put it near a large window where it can bathe in the sunlight all day long. Since it’s a tropical plant, it will also love a warm temperature in the room, but be careful and don’t turn on the heat too high! Otherwise, its leaves will scorch.

This is one of the indoor plants that loves humidity, so in order to keep it healthy and happy, you must water it generously every two days. The banana plant is a plant that requires a big pot because of its thick roots.

However, don’t anticipate fruit from your banana plant. It needs 10 to 15 months of continuous growth in order to flower, and an additional 4 to 8 months in order for the fruit to ripen.
