1. Rosemary

The rosemary leaf is a tasty and adaptable herb that you can use in your dishes, but did you know that this tiny plant also has oils that have been proven to be excellent at warding off those annoying little bugs called mosquitoes? Now that’s a blessing for sure!

Because it is simple to grow in your garden, rosemary is a favorite among amateur gardeners. Additionally, it is easier to add flavor to your food when you have a rosemary plant nearby.

2. Bee Balm

Growing a bee balm plant is the first option that comes to mind if you enjoy having various butterflies, bees, and other pleasant insects buzzing around in your yard. One of the most attractive plants on our list, it also works well to keep out pesky insects.
Crushing a few leaves will release the pungent oils and give you the full experience, and you’re going to love it, but on the other hand, the creepy crawlers are going to hate it. Normally, I put them in a wooden jar and place the jar on a table in the garden. You can enjoy its blossoms from midsummer to late summer because it is a perennial plant.
