Condensation On Windows

When winter rolls around, it’s obviously expected that you’ll get some condensation on your windows. But, extreme amounts of condensation around your windows, especially if it’s all year round, could be a tell-tale sign of mold and dampness growing in your home.

This happens when vapors from water deposit themselves on surfaces that have a lower temperature, oftentimes your windows, and release moisture on the inside of your windows.

Using a dehumidifier will significantly aid in removing excessive water vapor and condensation in your space. But while this can help with smaller amounts of mold growth, it may not be a good long-term solution.
