Ugh, cleaning! This is one pain in the neck task everybody hates, but on the other hand, a lot of others hate seeing a messy living space. So what do we do? Can we bring this situation to a compromise?

1. Make your bed every morning

Now, that’s something I love to wear in the bathroom and my kitchen. They’re funky and cozy and they help a little bit with keeping the living space clean. To swiftly remove all of the dust that got stuck on your lampshades, take out a lint roller. It works great for me, and I don’t even think about buying the priciest lint rollers! An inexpensive pack from the Dollar Store or even Amazon would be enough for the task.

7. Clean your microwave in a matter of minutes with one lemon

When it comes to cleaning the microwave, it always seems like a hassle. It would be nice to clean it right after using it, but honestly, how many of you are doing that now? This lemon hack helps you remove every last trace of dried-on food with a single swipe of a paper towel. All you have to do is microwave a bowl filled with water and lemon for three to five minutes, closing the door for a few minutes to allow everything to steam.

We can’t make people get rid of their shoes, but since it is about our house, a little play of words right before entering the house can be nice and fun. I bought a nice doormat with a message on it: “Don’t just stand there; bust a move!”
