10. Delphinium

Last but not least, delphinium species are another great option if you want to attract pollinators to your yard. The tall plants with bright, large flower spikes are very eye-catching and popular additions to cottage garden designs.

Give them a sunny spot with rich, loamy, well-draining soil, and make sure you keep your delphinium plants evenly moist but not too soggy to see them thrive. They don’t like hot, dry summers, so they do best in regions with cool summers when the temperature stays between 70 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
