6 Wild Animals Most Likely to Invade Your Backyard

Next on our list of animals that may invade your backyard is the moose. You’re probably already quite familiar with it. In fact, most northern US (and Canadian) folks are. These creatures are much bigger and less common than the deer the rest of the continent is used to seeing.

Unfortunately, urban expansion is one of the factors that causes some unwanted moose-human interactions. Fortunately, due to their docile nature and large size, people are respectful of these intruders. This is what actually allowed these creatures to successfully navigate between their natural habitat and backyards with minimal issue.

If you’re excited about seeing these animals that may invade your backyard, The Humane Society of the US recommends creating an urban sanctuary. Your outdoor space can become a spot that seems comfortable for these creatures, encouraging them to stop by.

However, as with all wildlife, make sure you keep a safe distance from these animals that may invade your backyard, and remember to not feed them!
